MY STORY

Different chapters. One human thread.

My career began in hospitality and business. A management internship in Bali gave me an early experience of working internationally, and room to be curious about people and culture.

Moving into executive recruitment brought that curiosity into a different world. At Tessaro, I began supporting executive search projects before becoming an Executive Search Consultant across EMEA, working across industries including Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services.

Since then, my work has grown across global talent acquisition, executive search, employer branding and HR partnering. Today, I’m focused on leadership talent and people strategy, alongside conversations about career ownership, the future of work and the practical impact of AI.

The roles have changed, but the thread remains the same: helping people and organizations make thoughtful decisions about talent, careers and opportunity.

At Johnson & Johnson, my work has moved from specialist global recruitment into executive leadership hiring, alongside assignments in employer branding and strategic HR.

Today, I support strategic leadership hiring for Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, while contributing to people work in Value Chain Management and Procurement.

I intentionally stepped away from my professional career to raise my family. It was a challenging and deeply rewarding chapter, and it belongs in my story just as much as the work that came before and after it.

Where executive search became a career.

I joined Tessaro as a Project Assistant in Executive Recruitment, then developed into an Executive Search Consultant across EMEA. Senior-level searches across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services and other industries became the foundation of my work in leadership talent.
